Bargain and Sale from Thomas Salisbury, cittizen and draper of London, to Thomas Barker the elder of Coventrey [Coventry], draper, of a messuage and garden on the west side of Mutche parke streete [Much Park Street] in the parish of St. Michael's Coventrey, the messuage being in the occupation of William Milborne joyner, and the garden in that of the said Thomas Barker, lying between a messuage and cottage of the said Thomas Barker in the tenure of Roger Bird, weaver, and Henry Yardley, labourer, which messuage and garden the said Thomas Barker purchased from William Whitmore of London, esq., and Edmund Sawyer of London, gent.
