Mortgage from Richard Eyans the elder of Enston [Enstone], co. Oxford, esq., Elizabeth, his wife and Richard Eyans the younger, gent., their son and heir, by the direction and appointment of Beaumont Percivall D. D., rector of Harding [Hawarden] co. Flint, to John Crispe of Chipping-norton [Chipping Norton] co. Oxford, gent., of a messuage and lands in Ilmington in the occupation of Nathen Salmon, two yardlands called Corbetts Field in the occupation of Richard Coldicott and Richard Sandsom and now of Giles Tuffly, together with other messuages and lands in the same place. To hold to the said John Crispe in trust for the said Beaumont Percivall to secure the sum of £500 plus interest. Signed and sealed by the Mortgager.
