Agreement to Lease: Rolls Wood Estate, Haselor

Description

Agreement between John Henry Bicknell of Whitchurch, gent., and George Haynes Fosbrooke of Bidford, surgeon to Richard Morris of Haselor, farmer, to let to the said Richard Morris a farm and lands called Rolls Wood in Haselor consisting of 76 acres etc. Clauses concerning rent, drainage, woods, tillage, repairs and other conditions of lease. To hold from year to year for the annual rent of £95 12s., John Gardine of the City of Coventry, draper, to be a surety for the payment of the said rent.
