Bond from William Hawkes of Sherborne [Sherbourne] yeoman, to Thomas Edwardes of Hamptton Curlew [Hampton on the Hill in Budbrooke] yeoman, to secure the payment by the said William of £20 if Mary Edwards, the intended wife of the said William should die without issue of the said William Hawkes.
