Quitclaim from Elizabeth Turner of Church Tysoe [Middle Tysoe] spinster, daughter Robert and Mary Turner, the said Mary being the neice of William Cotterell of Tysoe, deceased, to John Harris of Church Tysoe yeoman, and Ann, his wife, the said Ann being sister of the said Elizabeth Turner, of a newly errected house made from the outbuildings of a messuage and premises (ER3/4667) in Church Tysoe then in the occupation and possession of the said John and Ann.
