Description

Lease (ER3/4503a) and Release (ER3/4503b), the Release being a Conveyance from Thomas Walton of Oxhill, yeoman, and Elizabeth his wife to Henry Vennor of Warwick, linnen draper, of a quarter of a yard land of lands in the common fields of Oxhill (field names and minor names) being included among lands exchanged in 1731 for other lands in Tysoe. Covenant to levy a Fine. Consideration: £10 and £70 to be paid to John Ward of Oxhill, gent., to discharge a Mortgage on the said lands. Mark and seal of Thomas Walton. Witnesses: John Parry, the mark of George Houghton.
