Declaration by Robert Mallory of Woodcote in the parish of Leek Wooton, gent., that of the sum of £400 secured to the said Robert by aMortgage of lands in Oxhill (ER3/4531) £200 belonged to Robert Draper of Kenelworth [Kenilworth] tanner, and that the said Robert Mallory will not assign or transfer the said Mortgage until this sum of £200 with interest has been repaid. Signed and sealed by Robert Mallory. Witnesses: Thomas Bree and Josuah Harborne. Endorsement signed by Robert Draper dated 14 September 1751 that interest for one year on the £200 had been paid.
