Settlement between Samuel Tissell of Stratford-upon-Avon, sadler, Mary Tissell of the same place, spinster, daughter of the said Samuel Tissell, Samuel Mallory of the same place, innholder, and John Tissell of the same place, ironmonger, previous to the Marriage of the said Mary Tissell and the said Samuel Mallory, being a Release from the said Mary Tissell to the said John Tissell of a messuage with appurtenances in Henly Street [Henley Street] in Stratford-upon-Avon, in the occupation of William Eades and William Minstrell, to hold to the use of the said Mary and Samuel and their heirs.
