Abstract of title to an estate at Claverdon commencing with an indenture dated 23 May 1668 between Margaret Cox of Claverdon widow, on the one part and Aaron Rogers of Langley in the same parish, yeoman, Thomas Reson of Claverdon, yeoman, Roger Cox of Claverdon, yeoman and John Samuel and Daniel Cox, his sons, of the other, and ending with an indenture dated 18 June 1804 between Richard Wyatt of the parish of Old Stratford, gent., and John Lord of the same, gent., of the first part, Edward Walford of Quinton, co. Glos., gent., of the second part, and Joseph Smith of Breewood Forge, co. Staffs., gent., of the third part.
