Lease and Release the Release being a Conveyance from Anne Palmer of Coventry, widow of George Palmer of Birmingham, esq. deceased, Anne Palmer and Katherine Palmer, both of Coventry, spinsters, daughters and co-heirs of the said George Palmer, to Alexander Nicholls of Warwick, chandler, and Elizabeth, his wife, of a messuage and appurtenances lately built by the said Alexander Nicholls in Church Street, Warwick, and in the occupation of the said Alexander Nicholls.
