Draft of Assignment of Mortgage from John Hardy of Stratford-upon-Avon, banker, to Mary Matilda Ashmore of Wappenbury, spinster, of four closes of land in Snitterfield called the Far Stone Hill, the Middle Stone Hill, the Grove and the Far Grove, together with a messuage and other lands in Snitterfield and land near the Gospel Oak in Wayfield or Wayfield Lane in the parish of Old Stratford. To hold subject to a previous mortgage of £2,000, reserving right of redemption to Henry Smith of Snitterfield esq. Consideration: £500. Signed and sealed by the parties.
