Draft copy of a Covenant between Henry Smith late of Birmingham, now of Littleton, co. Worcester, artist, Richard Mander late of Bellbroughton [Belbroughton], co.Worcester, now of Birmingham, farmer, and William Ashwell of Myton in Warwick, esq., whereby the said Henry Smith and Richard Mander, as trustees of Ann Hancock, agree to produce and deliver deeds relating to a manor, messuages and lands in Bretforton, co. Worcester, released by the said Ann Hancock to the said William Ashwell. With a schedule of the said deeds, 28 and 29 December 1812-10 February 1845. [Hancox]
