Lease and Release dated 1 2 January 1700/1 (Old style) [1701], from John Bury senior, of Stratford-upon-Avon, tanner and Mary, his wife, and John Bury junior, of Shottery, tanner, and Martha, his wife to Thomas Peart of Milcott, gent. and Joseph Woolmer of Stratford, ironmonger, of a messuage, close, etc. in Shottery in the parish of Old Stratford in the occupation of the said John Bury senior, and John Bury junior. Witnesses: Thomas Woolmer, Thomas Taylor and John Woolmer.
