Mortgage dated 22 November 1755, by Elizabeth Roe, widow, and John Roe, joiner, her eldest son by Isaac Roe, innholder, to Thomas Gray, of Stratford, grocer, of the Three Tuns, with stable, etc. in Bridge Street, as in ER3/404, to secure the payment of £40 and interest at 4 per cent.
