Description

Conveyance by William Knight of Stratford-upon-Avon, woollstead-weaver, to William Walker of Stratford, gent., and Richard Rose of Warmington, yeoman, of a messuage etc. in Stratford in the 'Eley streete alias Swine streete', having the tenement of Robert Rawbone on the east and the tenement of Edward Herriford on the west and now in the possession of the said William Knight; in trust to the use of him, the said William, for life and then to Jane his wife (daughter of Richard Rose, late of Warmington, yeoman, deceased, and sister of Richard Rose above named) for life as a jointure, with remainder to the heirs of their bodies and in default to the right heirs of William Knight.
