Draft Memorandum of an agreement made between Charles Murton of Weston Park in the parish of Long Compton, agent for Sir George Philips, baronet, and John Taylor of Darlingscott in the parish of Tredington co. Worcester, farmer, concerning the Lease of a farm in Darlingscott with enclosed lands in the occupation of Thomas Gibbs together with certain lands in the common fields (about to be enclosed). To hold to the said John Taylor from year to year [rent left blank] reserving timber, hunting and mineral rights to the said Sir George Philips. Clauses concerning maintenance and cultivation of the said farm.
