Abstract of title to a tenement and premises in Swine Street [Ely Street], Stratford-upon-Avon, commencing with a conveyance dated 15 July 1760, from John Floyer of Kinwarton, clerk, to John Cox of Alcester, maltster, and (on folio 3), as to leasehold garden ground, with a conveyance, dated 29 January 1698 from George Pardy, formerly of Stratford-upon-Avon, brick-maker, but then of Alcester, to Joseph Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger, and ending with an indenture dated 4 August 1818, between Thomas Gould Marshall, of Harvington, co. Worcs., elder son and heir of Wilson Marshall, deceased, and others to Edmund Chambers, esq. Ground plan of premises and schedule of deeds enclosed.
