Draft of a conveyance from John Henry Clark of Shipston-upon-Stour, now of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., son and heir of Henry Clark of Shipston-upon-Stour, land surveyor, deceased, to Thomas Grimes of Shipston-upon-Stour, weaver, of lands in Shipston-on-Stour forming part of the lands called the Nursery. Consideration: £110. These lands formed part of the estate auctioned upon the death of the said Henry Clark, deceased, the larger portion of which was purchased by William Insall of Shipston-upon-Stour, auctioneer, together with the title deeds. The said William Insall covenants with the said Thomas Grimes to produce these upon reasonable demand. Schedule of deeds appended. [Clark]
