Abstract of title to a tenement in the parish of Alveston commencing with an indenture, dated 23 January 1788 between Mary Baker of Wood Street, Spitalfields, co. Middx., spinster, one of the three daughters and co-heiresses of John Baker late of Alveston, mercer, deceased, who was the eldest son and heir of John Baker of Alveston, gent., deceased, and co-heiress of her late sister Martha Baker, deceased, of the first part, Thomas Hearn of Buckingham, gent., of the second part and William Stanley of Alveston, gent., of the third part, and ending with an indenture dated 14 January 1846 between Richard Barr of the first part, William Stanley of the second part and John Branston Freer and others of the third part.
