Abstract of title to an estate at Binton, commencing with an indenture dated 23 April 1776, between Goodwin Nash of Webb's Farm in the parish of Tardebigg, gent., and Alice his wife of the first part, William Whissell of Ragley, gent., of the second part and Francis Seymour Conway, Lord Viscount Beauchamp of the third part and ending with a Codicil dated 10 January 1789, to the will of Goodwin Nash, dated 11 May 1782 and proved in P.C.C. Contains a schedule of deeds dating from 5 James I to 23 April 1776 on folios 3 to 6.
