Mortgage by William Warry of Stratford-upon-Avon, 'tobacconest' and Joyce his wife to Joseph Smith of Stratford, ironmonger, of a Lease from the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon, dated 8 December 1691 for 41 years of a messuage etc. in Stratford in Church Street, having the tenement of Hester Jones on the East, Evesham Lane on the South [?West], Church Street on the North and the orchard of Mr. John Combe on the South; to secure repayment of £130 with interest.
