Lease from theMayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of Stratford-upon-Avon to Thomas Evetts of Stratford, 'coller maker', of a messuage in Stratford in 'the Bridgstreet alias the Middle Rowe', in the tenure of William Eades, between a messuage in the tenure of Thomas Milles on the East and the Guild land in the tenure of William Eades on the West for 41 years for a fine of £16 and a yearly rent of 6s. 8d. and a couple of capons to the Mayor on 1 January; a former Lease to Christopher Wearing blacksmith, being previously surrendered. Witnesses: Thomas Cale and John Woolmer.
