Bond: Henry Willes senior and William Willes, Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon

Bond dated 2 February 1726/7 (Old style) [1727] from Henry Willes senior, of Charlecoate, gent., and William Willes of Charlecoate, yeoman, his son and heir, to Joseph Fisher of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., in £180 to save him harmless during the life of Ann Dale, wife of Christopher Dale and widow of Robert Wootton, against any claim of the said Ann to an estate in a messuage in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon in the tenure of John Willes, another of the sons of Henry Willes, which the said Henry Willes and Mary his wife (Joseph Smith gent. being also a party) had conveyed to him the said Joseph Fisher by Lease and Release of 1 and 2 February [1727]. Witnesses: John Boase, John Willes and William Hiccox.
