Lease and Release the release being a conveyance from Samuel Cole of Alcester, innkeeper, to Joseph Webster of Knocking [Knockin] co. Salop. clerk, and John Cresser of Greate Coughton [Coughton] tallow chandler, upon the marriage of the said Samuel Cole to Frances, widow of Samuel Aston of Oversley, deceased, of a messuage in Alcester, meadow land called Cockymore with an adjoining cottage, all being in Kings Coughton near Alcester Heath, then in the possession of William Rowley and James Cale and lately purchased by the said Samuel Cole from Joseph Bovey and Mary his wife, Henry Smyth the elder and Henry Smyth the younger. To hold to the use of the said Samuel Cole, Frances his wife and their heirs and then to the use of Samuel Cole of Blodwell co. Salop. nephew of the said Samuel Cole.
