Abstract of title to land in the parish of Old Stratford, commencing with a conveyance, dated 23 November 1728 (see UR24/2), from Humphrey Parsons of Leamington Priors, yeoman, son and heir of Humphrey Parsons of Lapworth, deceased, to Henry Woolmer of Bath, gent., and ending with an indenture, dated 15 August 1740, between Baptist Hickes of Stretton-on-the Fosse, clerk, of the first part, Mary Smith, widow, of the second part, and Michael Evetts of Old Stratford, innholder, of the third part.
