Schedule of deeds relating to a tenement and lands at Alveston, commencing with an indenture, dated 23 January 1788, between Mary Baker, spinster (one of the daughters of John Baker, late of Alveston, mercer, deceased) of the first part, Thomas Hearn of the second part and William Stanley, gent. of the third part, and ending with an indenture, dated 14 January 1846, between Richard Barr, William Stanley, John Branston Freer and others.
