Deed poll under the hand of William Beck the elder of Fillongley, yeoman, settling on Thomas Tedd of Fillongley, yeoman, and Randall Croxall of Shustoke, yeoman, a cottage in Fillongley to hold as to one moiety for the use of William Beck for life, with remainder to Elizabeth his wife, and then to their son, John Beck, and, as to the other moiety to the use of John Beck for life, with remainder to his wife, Sarah.
