Draft release by Thomas Walton, Swalcliffe, Oxon., baker (one of the sons and devisees in fee of premises under will, 4 September 1802, of John Walton, late Hook Norton, yeoman, deceased) to Mary Lines, Lower Tysoe, widow, for £114 of two cottages and gardens in Lower alias Temple Tysoe, late in occupations William Randle and Katharine Walton, now of said Mary Lines and William Blakeman.
