DR 422/36, 42-3, 62, 67, 68, 75, and 81-2) of various estates in Baddesley Clinton, Lapworth, and Rowington (particularised in a detailed schedule) to secure £10,000, i.e. £1,700 as paid in nos. 81-2, £1,999 paid to redeem a mortgaged annuity (no DR 422/68) and a further £6,301.
