Description
Draft release by William Shepherd, Great Wolford, farmer to Edmund Godson, Lower Brailes, baker, for £95 of messuage now converted into two, with close lately converted to garden in Lower Brailes, formerly in occupation George Marshall, baker, since George Upton, now of Samuel Shepherd and William Harwood. Which premises William Shepherd purchased 13 14 June 1797 of Samuel Shepherd, together with newly erected bakehouse [see ER12/17/11].
