Draft release by John Hemmings, Warks., woolcomber (eldest son and heir of William, late of Lower Brailes, baker) with Sarah Field, Compton, Beds., widow (mother of John, formerly widow of William, then wife and widow of John Field, Shefford, Beds.) to William Sheldon, Grays Inn and Brailes, Esquire for £150 of site of messuage, long divided into two and lately in occupation Mary Castle, widow of William and William Burrows, but now taken down, together with close (1 1/2 acres) adjoining.
