[Rev.] John Broome, Forthampton to Rev.[Thomas] Leigh, Adlestrop: Encloses copy of Mr. Dyneleys proposed memorandum indorsement. Suggests Counsel's opinion if not already obtained. Bishop of Ely is reluctant for exchange to fall through but appreciates concern re securing rights of presentation.
