Description

Gift from John Foukes of Baddesleye Clynton' with the consent of Joan Clynton' his wife to John Gylow of Balsale and Edith his wife and their lawful heirs after the death of Alice Taylour of all the lands which William Taylour held in Baddesleye Clynton'. To hold the same for ever from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service, rendering annuall; to the said John and Joan 4s. at the two usual terms in Baddesleye, and reasonable suit of court of the said John and Joan in Baddesleye Clynton', upon the condition that if the said John and Edith died without such lawful issue then the said lands were to revert to the said John and Joan and their heirs for ever.
