Grant of Annuities: Dicheley ?

Description

Indenture between Thomas Gibons of Newehall, esq., of the first part and John Hastings of Elford, co. Oxon., esq., and Edmund Gibons of London, gent., brother of the said Thomas of the second part - the said Thomas in consideration of the natural affection borne to his brother William Gibons of Dicheley, co. Oxon., grants to John Hastings and Edmund Gibons one Annuity of £20 out of the capital messuage and farm of Dicheley and all other lands etc. of the said Thomas in Dicheley within the parish of Spellsburye, co. Oxon., to the use of the said Thomas so long as William Gibons brother of the said Thomas shall live and after the decease of the said William to the use of such male issue as the said William shall have begotten on the body of Mary his wife so long as the said issue male shall live and after the decease of the said issue male to the use of the said Thomas Gibons his heirs and assigns for ever. If William dies without leaving heirs male of the body of the said Mary then the present grant to be utterly void. Witnesses: Thomas Emylie, Henry Anthony, scrivener and Richard Vincent. Deed cut in two.
