Draft Deed of Covenant between Robert James Atty of Ingon Grange, Snitterfield, esq., and Henry Smith of Snitterfield, esq., whereby the said Robert James Atty agreed if requested to produce title deeds relating to lands in Snitterfield called the Grove and the Far Grove, formerly part of Hollow Meadow Farm, purchased by the said Henry Smith from Charles Thomas Warde of Clopton House in the parish of Old Stratford, esq., the said James Atty having purchased the said Farm called Hollow Meadow Farm from the said Charles Thomas Warde and, this being the larger portion, had retained the title deeds. Also schedule of the said deeds 1835-1838. Witnesses: H O Hunt and Thomas Umbers, solicitors, Stratford-upon-Avon. [Smith]
