Conveyance between Clement Fisher of Packington Hall, esq., of the first part, Cuthbert Herbert of Pailton, yeoman, of the second part, Richard Herbert of Pailton, yeoman, of the third part, Nicholas Herbert of Pailton, yeoman, of the fourth part, Christopher Herbert of Pailton of the fifth part, and Nicholas Boddington of Harboroush, yeoman, William Townsend of Essenhall, yeoman, and John Hall of Pailton, yeoman, of the sixth part, whereby Clement Fisher, for £212 paid to him by Cuthbert Herbert, granted to Nicholas Boddington, William Townsend and John Hall a messuage, garden and yard in Pailton in the occupation of the said Cuthbert Herbert; a little croft adjoining the said yard and closes called Ash Close, Doggland Close and Chappell Poole Close lying by Dogglandes; a close wherein the house occupied by Nicholas Herbert stood, together with the said house and four and a quarter yard lands to the said house belonging, in the occupation of the said Cuthbert; and a cottage in the tenure of Cuthbert West and Thomas Herbert; to hold the same to certain uses therein specified.
