Feoffment from John Hampden knt. to Thomas, marquess of Dorset, John Wylloughby, Walter Ston', knts., William Shelley, Thomas Wylloughby serjeants-at-law, Henry Ferrers esq. husband of Katherine, daughter and co-heiress of the said John Hampden, John Grevyll, John Lyttylton esqs., Antony Brome, John Bassett gents., and Robert Egeworth of the manor of Fyssarton and the advowson of the church together with lands and appurtenances in Fyssarton and Nova Salisbery, co. Wilts., the manor of Theydon de le Mount and the advowson of the church, co. Essex, the manors of Walrygge, Towersey, Chardysley, and a fourth part of the manor of Weston Turvyle and the advowson of the church, lands and appurtenances in Aston Barnard, in the parish of Okeley and in the forest of Barnewod', and tenement called Taylfoes with appurtenances in the parish of Hychendon, co. Bucks. The said grantees to hold the same to the uses defined in a covenant made between The said John Hampden and Edward Ferrers knt. and Constance his wife on 5 July 16 Henry VIII [1524].
