With the following recital: 17 18 November 1674: mortgage from Sir William Bromley of Baginton, Knight, and Charles Leigh of Birdingbury, esq., at the direction of Thomas Lord Leigh, to Charles Lord Buckhurst (later Earl of Dorset), George Lord Berkeley and Sir Kingsmill Lucy.
