Abstract of title to two tenements in Chapel Lane and by the Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon, commencing with an indenture, dated 2 3 January 1748, between Richard Lord of Stratford-upon-Avon, shoemaker, and Susannah his wife, daughter and coheir of John Bromley of Stratford-upon-Avon tailor, deceased, of the first part, John Cleaver of Stratford-upon-Avon wheelwright and Elizabeth his wife of the second part, and Richard Ryal of the same, blacksmith, of the third part, and ending with a conveyance, dated 1 August 1816, from Richard Gresley, esq., Kelynge Greenway and Francis Findon, Commissioners in Bankruptcy of Robert Hobbes, to John Lord, gent., and others.
