Lease for a year from John Viall of Coventry, glover, Anne, his wife, and John Viall the younger of the parish of Coton [?Coughton], clerke, son and heir of the said John Viall, to Thomas Grascomb of Coventry, butcher, and Anne Hall the elder of the same, widow, of a messuage, garden and appurtenances on the West side of Saint Johns Bridges [St. John Street] in Coventry, formerly belonging to Richard Hurt of Coventry, whittawer, and now in the occupation of the said John Viall, the elder, between a tenement in the occupation of Thomas Cooke and the River Sherborne [River Sherbourne].
