Abstract of title to the New Red Lion Inn in Wood Street, Stratford-upon-Avon, commencing with an indenture dated 2 November 1710, between the major part of the Commissioners appointed in the matter of George Hand a bankrupt of the first part, the creditors of the second part, the said George Hands the elder, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, but then of Warwick, maltster, and Richard Hands his son of the third part, and Joseph Smith of Stratford-upon-Avon, ironmonger, of the fourth part, and ending with an indenture of fine dated in Michaelmas Term 42 George III, 1801.
