Post nuptial settlement between Elizabeth Holbech, widow of Thomas Holbech of Fillongley, and only child of Anne Daniell, deceased, one of the sisters and co-heirs of Bernard Paulett late of Cottles, Wilts., deceased, and Edward Leigh, eldest son and heir of Thomas, Lord Leigh, Mary, wife of Edward, daughter of the said Thomas Holbech and John Round, Middx., gent., specifying that recovery to be suffered, of the lands as specified above, by Hon. Thomas Wentworth, of Wentworth Woodhouse, Yorks., and Hon. George Watson, Westminster, Ward Dilke of Maxstoke, esq., and Matthew Holbech of Meriden, esq., as trustees of the settlement. Signed sealed by parties as DR18/13/1/12 and George Watson.
