Probate Copy of Will: William Parker of Oxhill
Description
Probate copy of the Will of William Parker of Oxhill, yeoman. Bequests: One shilling each to his sons, Thomas and John. His messuage and half yardland in Oxhill to his wife Mary for life and then to his eldest son and heir William. The said William to provide £40 each for his said brothers, Thomas and John. Personal goods and chattels left to Mary Parker who was appointed Executrix. Witnesses: Thomas Hawtin, Richard Walker and Thomas Gibbins. Probate attached dated 17 May 1720. Also appointment attached dated 19 November 1766 by William Burrell, Vicar General to the Bishop of Worcester, of William Parker, son of the said William Parker, deceased, to administer the Will of the said William Parker left unexecuted by the said Mary Parker.
