Bargain and Sale and feoffment from John Seller of London, son and heir of Charles Seller of London, gent., deceased, and Anne, his wife, deceased, daughter and co-heir of William Sewall of Coventry, vintner, deceased, and Charles Seller of London, gent., youngest son of the said Charles and Anne, to John Tompson of Coventry, chaundler, of an orchard meadow with appurtenances called poole yard on the West side of St. Johns Bridges [St. John Street] in Coventry abutting onto a house in the tenure of the said John Tompson, land of Ralph and Samuel Bowne, a brook called Hill Mill Brooke and the River Sherburne [River Sherbourne], in the occupation of the said John Tompson. The said Grantors appointing John Brewnell of Coventry, gent., and George Moncke, mercer, Attorneys to deliver Seisin. Consideration: £60. Signed by John and Charles Seller.
