Draft of a conveyance from John Henry Clark of Shipston-upon-Stour, co. Worcester, now of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., son and heir of Henry Clark of Shipston-upon-Stour, landsurveyor, deceased, to John White of Shipston-upon-Stour, coachman, and William Allen of Shipston-upon-Stour, scrivener, Trustee of the said John White, lands in Shipston-upon-Stour forming part of the lands called the Nursery, together with several cottages situated in the Husbandmans End in the same place, in the occupation of Mary Goode, Ann Clark, Ambrose Gee and the said John White. Consideration: £600. These lands formed part of the estate auctioned upon the death of the said Henry Clark, deceased, the larger portion of which was purchased by William Insall of Shipston-upon-Stour, auctioneer, together with the title deeds. The said William Insall covenants with the said John White to produce these upon reasonable demand. Schedule of deeds appended. [Clark]
