Demise from Dorothy Davies of Welsburne Hastynges [Wellesbourne Hastings], widow, to William Hawkes of the same place, husbandman, upon the marriage of the said William to Margaret, daughter of the said Dorothy Davies of the moiety of two cottages, in Welsbourne Hastings in the occupation of Margaret Hyerne, widow, sister of the said Dorothy Davies and Elizabeth Ward, widow, with the moiety of lands pertaining to them, and the moiety of two yard lands in Welsburne Hastynges and Newbold [Newbold Pacey].
