Draft of a Release from William Umbers of the Crofts Farm in Alveston, gent. eldest son of Thomas Umbers of Weston Hall in Weston under Weatherley [Weston under Wetherley] deceased, Thomas Umbers of the same place, brother of the said William, Hannah Umbers of Leamington Priors, widow of the said Thomas Umbers, deceased, William Umbers of Wappenbury, now of Weston Hall, gent. brother of the said Thomas Umbers deceased, and John Busby Murcott of Cubbington Ham. gent. surviving executor of the said Thomas Umbers, deceased, to Richard Garlick, the elder of Stoneleigh, gent. and assignment from William Umbers, brother of Thomas Umbers deceased, at the direction of the said William and Thomas Umbers, sons of the said Thomas Umbers deceased, to Theophillus Taylor of Warwick, builder, of messuages lands and appurtenances in Alveston (field names) comprising a farm called Crofts Farm in trust for a partition of the said lands between the said William and Thomas Umbers.
