Abstract of title to Rylands Close in the parish of Old Stratford commencing with a conveyance, dated 10 March 1704, from Erasmus Hanson alias Johnson of the parish of St. Margaret, Westminster, gent., Mary his wife, (one of the daughters of Mary Douglas, formerly Mary Ryland, one of the daughters and co-heiresses of Thomas Ryland of the same parish, gent., deceased, who was brother and heir of Nicholas Ryland of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent.) and Dominick Piles, head bricklayer and surveyor of Windsor Castle and Elizabeth his wife, another daughter of the said Mary Douglas, to Joseph Hunt of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., and ending with a conveyance, dated 2 July 1801, from Dennis Bradley to Edmund Battersbee of Stratford-upon-Avon, esq.
