Abstract of title of the Earl of Warwick and Lord Brooke to an estate at Kineton, Lillington, Cestesover alias Cesterwaver, Beauchamp Court Alcester, Haselor, Aston Cantlowe, Kinnerton, etc., beginning with an indenture of bargain and sale dated 10 October 1716, between the Right Honourable William Lord Brooke, Baron Brooke of Beauchamp Court, of the first part, Clement Newsham, esq., of the second part, and John Lanyon of the third part, and ending with an indenture, dated 20 July 1804, between George, Earl Brooke and Earl of Warwick of the first part, Henry Richard Greville, Lord Brooke of the second part, the Honourable Charles Greville and Lady Elizabeth Greville (children of George, Earl Brooke) of the third part, and William, Marquess of Lansdown, John Earl of Upper Ossory and John Henry Petty, Earl of Wycomb of the fourth part.
