Draft Surrender of Lease: Snitterfield Bushes

Draft of a Surrender by the Rev. John Peglar of Stratford-upon-Avon, clerk, and William Handley of Barford, now of Leamington Priors, gent., at the direction of Ann Hiron of Warwick, spinster, Edward Greaves of Barford, esq., the Rev. Thomas Hope of Warwick, now of Hatton, clerk, Thomas Wheatley Hiron of Warwick, surgeon, and John Giles Toogood of Bridgewater co. Somerset, surgeon, to Mark Philips of Snitterfield, esq., of a term of five hundred years now vested in the said Rev. John Peglar and William Handley in so far as the same relates to part of the woodlands called Snitterfield Bushes in Snitterfield, conveyed to the said Mark Philips so that the said term might be merged, limited and extinguished in the freehold of the said land. Draft approved by the solicitors of the said parties. Draft contains interliniations for a similar Surrender to be made to Henry Smith esq. purchaser of the other part of the lands called Snitterfield Bushes. [Hiron]
